60-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a no-risk, 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Swim Fit spa within 60 days of receipt, you may return it for a full refund. This offer is only valid for hot tubs and swim spas . 

Return Conditions To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The return is made within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The Swim Spa is in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, as per your bank’s policies.

Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
