All Swim Fit spas delivered to Canada are equipped with Dual Layer insulation, specifically designed to minimize heat loss.
High-Density Foam Cover
Each Swim Fit Spa includes a custom-fitted, high-density foam locking cover. Heat rises, and it's essential to have the best insulation on top of your spa. The Swim Fit high-density foam cover locks onto your spa, sealing the heat in and providing the added safety of keeping children out. Capable of withstanding 80kgs of weight and crafted from ultra UV-resistant vinyl and high-density foam, it promises years of exceptional service when properly maintained.
Perimeter Insulation
Swim Fit's perimeter insulation system offers advantages over traditional ‘foam on shell’ spa insulation. Firstly, by insulating the cabinet rather than the shell, Swim Fit spas recycle lost heat from the pumps and equipment and insulate the plumbing, which would otherwise lose heat to the environment. This results in reduced heat loss and lower running costs.

Dual Layer Insulation
The Swim Fit dual layer insulation covers both the outer cabinet and the shell, offering the most efficient insulation method. It traps air, employing principles similar to modern double-glazed windows.
The Swim Fit dual layer system retains heat from the pumps and plumbing, reduces noise, and provides a warm layer between the water and the exterior of the spa. Opting for the dual layer insulation ensures a higher level of heat retention compared to the standard Perimeter insulation.
